So I've been following "my own" diet plan but I'm sure there has to be one or more diets out there that follow the same principles... or close.

I've cut out red meat, eating primarily turkey, fish, chicken and eggs. Plenty of veggies. Cut way back on carbs but still eating some whole wheat low carb wraps and sprouted wheat bread. No sweets, avoid cheese and milk(but still have them a couple times a week). Lots of water!

I'd like to figure out if this is already a popular diet that others are following so I can more easily search recipes and fine tune what foods I should avoid and which are okay.

I think it might be similar to South Beach diet but I'm not sure about all those phases, and I kind of feel like there must be a lot of diets with the same ideas as what I've been eating?

Any advice anyone could give would be greatly appreciated!!

It does sound like the south beach diet, but there are other low carb diets that are similar. Look in the diet guide here on fat secret and see if theres something as close to possible

I'd say just leave it as your 'own' diet and do what works best for you!

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.

It sounds like the GI (Glycemic Index) diet to me. Which is similar to the South Beach Diet but it doesn't have phases and such.
