I am wondering if you have a favorite diet blog that you read regularly. I am looking for writers who are entertaining and real, not hard-core salespeople pushing products. I have enjoyed several members' blogs. What are your faves?

Swollen ankles???
Hot dogs have a good deal of sodium in them per portion...just thought I'd mention it. For people having circulation problems and/or water retention my docs usually recommend no more than 1500 a day ...
