I'm assuming you want one that measures body fat, not BMI, as BMI is a simple height/weight calculation and does not require scale.

I have an eat right or eat smart digital scale that I got from Amazon. I have been happy with it and feel the weight measurement is accurate. However, the body fat % is not accurate - it does give me an idea that I am losing body fat as it has been going down for the past year. I had a "bod pod" test done that indicated my BF% is 32% while my scale says 16% (so you can see how off it is). But, at least I know that I am moving in the right direction and hopefully will be down to 25% or so when I lose 20 lbs more.

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
It depends. I can't stand eating it with fruit or anything sweet, like most people do.

COCONUT WATER
I love coconut water & prefer Harmless Harvest raw coconut water. It's more expensive, but worth it, I think. I get it at Whole Foods or a local health food store.
