I know people have tried them, I am curious about the results. I have never tried raspberry ketones, green coffee bean and am curious. I have tried acai and it did nothing for me, however apple cider vinegar seems to help a little. Anyone have any stories to share?Question

That's not entirely true there is facts to the vinegar part. Its what started my weight loss actually. I started making homemade Chinese 1 or 2 times a week and loss about 10lbs over Christmas. When I weighed myself In January I saw I lost for the first time in years I realize it was the vinegar that was the only thing added to my diet. Now and then I take the pill and for me it lowers my blood sugar and helps kick start me when my weight loss slows down. Some people believe we can get all we need from food, I don't believe that. I am not saying you are wrong, its just wrong for me. I appreciate your input on the raspberry ketones, I had a funny feeling about them. What things did I mention that you don't want me to do.? All I did was start a conversation about supplements to see how other people have tried and failed/succeeded.
This was suppose to be a place where people could discuss supplement not be preached at. Again thanks for the input but please leave the negative hype out so that others may feel free to respond without being YELLED at like a kid.

Snugles,

I've used several different types of supplements in my life time and there's a lot of supplements that I do like. I see you found the benefit of vinegar; which is a Thermogenic food.

When working with my clients I normally focus on caloric intake and eating correctly throughout the day. I've worked with all types of people and this is 90% of what we'll focus on 1st. Once we start seeing the results; which doesn't take long, we'll then start looking at vitamins and supplements as needed.

If you have any further questions feel free to let me know. I love helping in anyway that I can and I hope you find my response beneficial.

We should know that not all products are effective to everyone.. maybe it's good for someone but not on you or vise versa. You should look for the one which is suitable or you will find effective for you.

True statement on supplements! Because if I'm looking to lose weight I wouldn't want a bulking supplement or if I have high blood pressure I probably wouldn't want to buy a weight lose supplement that increases my metabolism.

Dr. I've seen your "7 day" weight lose program and you state a lot of facts; which I'm all about providing facts to people. The only downside to the program is it's all about fast and easy results.

At my clinic all of my clients lose weight 3-5lbs a week which; is a healthy weight loss. But, we also have a support program to eliminate gaining the weight back. Since 80% of people that go on these FAD fat plans gain the weight back in 2yrs.

To explain my second post it was a response to a post that someone must have delete. Oh well, I just wanted you to know I wasn't crazy and talking to myself. Anyway.
Honestly I was just looking for info. I have my own plan thanks, it works for me. Everyone is different and everyone most likely will changes their needs throughout life. I have to agree with cayo in the fact that fast and easy is not the way to go. Although I am sure I could learn stuff from both of you. I just wanted to open a forum where people could say...---sucks, ---worked for me,---help me lose weight,---improve my memory,---made me sick. I have experimented, I know what works for me, and honestly I take different pills depending on what I ate, did, season etc. I could go weeks with out them and other times be taking all kinds. I just wanted to know what other people have done A exsample in my next post Smile

I'd love to find something to help with bloating although I'm not sure if it's gas or fluids. I find that I am taking water retention pills much too often. Some days I feel great and others I look like I swallowed a bowling ball. I used to think it was sodium but that's pretty good.... I follow a simple balanced plan for food intake for the most part and the only suppliment I use is the Tonalin CLA that I have been using for the last year and a half. Any insight would be great!

There are lot of other causes of fluid retention: http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/187978.php

This may offer some suggestions.

Thanks, doc says it's nothing severe and just how I am. Not concerned with my sodium, I have what he condiders lower than average blood pressure and cholesterol.... otherwise healthy. It's kinda depressing when you get up a few days really happy with the way you look and then overnight it's like you swallowed a bowling ball for a week! Just curious if anyone has this issue and has had success with anything natural to help. I tried the more water and I just seem to get bigger lol. Serious though.
