I've been logging it as circuit training but don't know if that's right. There is a guy who posted that he has a heart rate monitor and scrolls down to 'other' on the list of exercises and it let's you manually input the exercise you've done and the number of calories burned - this sounds like the right thing to do but I don't have a heart rate monitor.

I would put it under heavy calesthetics.

Is there a "near death experience" category? lol I would go with what gtx73 is saying, find a way to track your personal expenditure and then input that. I remember one day during Phase 2 when you have to do the Fit Test with Max Plyo Cardio Circuit or whichever it is, I topped 1000 calories that day, so my heart rate monitor said.

How long have you all been doing the program?

I'm doing the 10 Minute trainer (2x day - accelerated results) - and logging under "heavy calesthetics" - any other suggestions?

Blurch, I agree with Holfraz. Heavy calisthenics is the way to go. I have tested this carolie burner against another one and they come in darn close to each other, so I think it's fairly reliable.

I have been working out with Insanity for 3 weeks now and I have already lost 15lbs. It is a great workout plan, I starting having my 16 yr old daughter doing it with me. She is a high school athlete and this workout kicks her butt! Makes me feel good when at times she at 16 has to stop for a resg and me at 33 will be still going strong. That is my motivation Wink

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
Let's face it, we are all differnt. It really doesn't make any difference, just as long as exercise. Let's all learn to listen to our own bodies, and what is right for us, not some one else.
