I am looking for a natural quick and easy detox to rid my body of toxins and clear me out. Anyone tried something that WORKED and they would recommend?? Thanks

Why do you think you need to detox? The body is quite good at removing toxins on its own.

If you really want to give your body some help, just eat nothing but fresh, natural, organic food for a week or so.

Hoser is right. But if you think you need extra help drink lots of water and eat foods that have a high water content (like fruits and veggies). Of course, this is good to do regularly anyway!

thanks guys- I don't need to detox I just figured with the change in lifestyle/diet It would be good to flush my system but I am probably already doing so in just drinking water & green teea and tons of fruits & veggies

Look up, "Fat, Sick and nearly dead" it's and all natural cleansing diet, I did it for 8 days and lost 5kilos (11 pounds) and felt wonderful, had a headache on the third day which is pretty normal because you go through withdrawal of all the bad stuff. Good luck.

I know the feeling. I usually eat all natural for a few days, meaning ONLY fruits/veggies breakfast, lunch, dinner. Drinking ONLY water. It gives you a lighter feeling and cleans out the system.

HI - I've done the Jane Scrivner 30 day Detox every year for the last 3 and without fail lose at least 7lbs with no calorie counting and feel marvellous. Hair and nails noticeably stronger and eyes brighter, sleeping better etc. It allows fish so isn't as strict as some detoxes are and includes other routines eg daily body brushing for max impact. Highly recommend it.
