Well, it's been a while since I've posted on this thread...so here goes.

My start back in December 2011 @ 250lbs

Me now @ 220.7lbs

I think there is a noticeable difference...and I need new pants again (too baggy)

I'm just over half way to my goal...would be nice to hit the goal by the end of August, but I just want to get there...

Later.

This was me when I was 40 years old, painting the bathroom in the house we'd just moved into. It was the eye opener that made me realize if I didn't change what I was doing I was just going to keep getting bigger every year.

Now 5 years later, 10 Rounds of P90X and several other programs, I've kept myself in single digit body fat, changed how I eat and exercise into a lifestyle, and have never felt better.

I owe a lot to Tony Horton and P90X for getting me started on an amazing 5 years journey, with many more still to come.

Thanks! Now the struggle is the constant cycle of trying to add a little muscle, and then lean back out a little, because with muscle gain usually comes a little body fat too.

We're all a work in progress, and can always improve, but overall I'm happy about where I am.

I had some other before and durings earlier in this thread, but thought I would update too! I need to include some full body shots at some point.

Before December 2010

During May 2012 (down 75 lbs w/ 20 lbs to go)

This was taken recently but is only down slightly from June as I have hit a plateau. I'm still trying to shed 20 lbs more. I have not given up and I know the plateau is d/t being less active during the day with new job which involves more desk work.

Way to go NCNOLE! 75 lbs is a great accomplishment!

Kingkeld - Thank you. If I can inspire just one person in my life to believe that they can change and it helps them do it, then it's worth all of the hard work.

grglblch, I think a lot of people here inspire each other. You definitely help motivate people to get moving. You inspire me to get fitter, once I'm done after my surgery.
I'm not sure if my style is exactly "six-pack", but you're looking great! I do need to beef up once I am there.
