Unfortunately I haven't been able to find anywhere on FS to track them BUT, the Atkins site (also free) DOES have a place to put your weight AND measurements. I know it's kind of a pain to go back and forth between sites but I know if I don't make myself input the info I won't keep track of it any other way (maybe just me).
I LOVE fatsecret and am SO SO happy I found this site, it's great being able to "talk" to others that are also using Atkins and sharing tips and recipes.
Best of luck to you!

You could just put them in your journal.

I keep track of mine in a paper journal and on my FS journal, that way I can see the changes easily

As you will be able to see, I've put mine in my signature - not sure I'm comfortable with the world knowing my vital statistics but it's certainly motivational when it comes to reducing them

If I'm not mistaken, there used to be a place to record measurements. Anyone remember this?

Can you do yogurt? A friend recommended to me plain yogurt with splenda mixed in. Maybe try that with some berries. I've been putting frozen raspberries in my protein shake.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
