I was busy with work since last sunday.I didn't get time to exercise,This morning I went for a nice friday running 7.65 miles.I feel good.I did that in 1h42mins,I'm very happy.I'm working this week end but Monday and tuesday I will be off definely I will go to the gym on monday and tuesday outdoor jogging.have a nice week end to you all .
