I used to weigh in daily, but have changed my routine to weekly. I normally weigh in on Saturdays, but last Friday was a milestone day for me, so I weighed in a day early. I will not weigh in until tomorrow, to get back to Saturdays.
This is the reason that I got the email reminder from Fatsecret. I don't think I have ever gotten one before, so I have no idea what they normally write, but it made me sad.
On average, we have lost NOTHING through the last week?
People, we have the best tools out there for losing weight. FatSecret, the tools, the community, everything here - it WORKS!
I am living proof of this, FatSecret has literally saved my life.
Now, I will of course have to admit that I am pulling the statistics MASSIVELY in the wrong direction when I weigh in tomorrow. I just had surgery and I am many lbs heavier than I was on my weigh-in day last week.
Anyways, just wanted to let you guys know what I saw, tell you guys that we have such great tools on our hands, and that if we really want to lose weight, then all we have to do it to DO IT.
Use the tools, use the system, use the forum, the buddies, the journals. It doesn't get better than this.
I am convinced that I owe FatSecret my life. Literally. And my new lease on life is frickin' good!
