Any suggestions for a dairy-free gluten-free recipe using tuna for somebody who hates fish?

here' s one

chop an onion, small red bell pepper, all very tinny chopped. mix with one or two eggs, the chopped tuna and fill a pot pie with that. oven for 20-30 minutes.

Maybe this is a silly question but if you don't like fish why eat it?

try the sweet and spicey tuna with peppers in it. I just put it on the nut crackers and eat it right out of the can.

I thought all tuna was nasty until I tried the albacore instead of the normal tuna/oil stuff. Now I crave it. Weird. Starkist has a yellowfin in oilve oil that is really good too. I like it with mayo, pickle relish, Old Bay, and a boiled egg.

Try buying the most fresh tuna you can find, from a good local market, if you can get it right off the boat, even better! Many ways to prepare it. Grilling is my favorite. Many people who "don't like" fish change their minds once they have it super fresh!
