Apple cider vinegar is great as a salad dressing I know that much (tried it yesterday for the first time). Why take it in pill form I wonder?

Because unless its in Chinese or condiments i hate vinegar, however I believe vinegar is what kick started my weight-loss a few years ago and thought I would give myself another kick lol. And may help lower blood sugar although I don't think i would take this long term for that purpose.

So I used the Bragg's Unpasturized Apple Cider Vinegar, with the magic ingredient, "Mother". Apparently thats what makes it work for allergies, ward off colds and flu, etc. I also use 2tbsp in the morning, but rinse your mouth out with water after, because it can be hard on your teeth. Never experienced the pills, but I'm not sure it has the same amount. Give it a try, can't hurt. Either it does work or doesn't provide the result your looking for, and you can try something else. Good luck!
