Hi there! So far I'm doing ok, I have my first weigh in this week so I'll know more then..I do feel a lot better from eating a bit healthier and doing my exercise! Hopefully it'll show on the scale! Congratulations on your baby btw!! My wee mans one now
I know you're advised not to do anything too strenuous after having a baby for at least 6 months so I guess the safest thing to do is go for walks if youre exercising..if you feel up to more though I'd go for it,, only you know your own body, so if youre thinking of joining a class or something do so if you feel ready! Everyone's different
