I think I may have to try something else....I have been using "fatsecret" for a couple months now quite faithfully, but..........lately I have not been entering all my calories and I know that I am going over my count
I think the big kicker was when I went for my doctor appt a week or so ago and I had not lost any weight at all. I had actually GAINED a pound!!!!
I have always had a hard time - plateau big time. SOOO - I am going to have to try something else.
The herballife challange sounds good but I am a person who has to "chew" something - I can't go long on just a 'liquid' diet.
Maybe adding more walking/treadmill will help. At least I did loose the initial 35 pounds.....

Talk to your coach, maybe switch it up - one day have a couple hard-boiled eggs for breakfast instead of the drink, and have a chicken salad for lunch and your regular dinner, then the next day the drinks, and your body won't know when it will get the extra calories and when not? Been working for me.

maybe if instead of looking for something else or fad diets like the liquid diets and the likes that are a guarantee for failure you started again to make the effort to log all your food so that you were able to keep a small but constant and most of all sustainable calorie deficit, you would go over the plateau.
Having periods of adjustment and slow loss is just normal, try to focus on the lifestyle, the food you like and the calorie balance rather than obsessing with the scale. 1 pound more or less is meaningless, track your fat percentage that's what counts, it might well be that you have lost fat while keeping the same weight or gaining a little as well as the other way around.

I fixed my plateau efficiently. Take a look at my bio page. Maybe it'll help you. Sorry, I won't write a whole lot as I'm typing on my phone. It's real, though. And easy.

I think that you already figured out what your issue is. You said yourself that you aren't logging all your calories, and you are going over, and you are gaining a bit of weight.
It's hard to hang in there after a while -- once the initial challenge/excitement fades, it gets tedious, for sure. But if you stick with it, you can do it!

I aggree with Missrackl. If you know you are going over your calories then start logging again and you might see a difference once you are back within your RDI. Also, if you've hit a plateau maybe some exercise will help. I don't know if you do anything now for exercise, but try to find something that you enjoy. 30 minutes of exercise can make you feel better and may be the jump start you need to start losing. Good luck!!
