I'm the opposite, I have to watch my calories, like today, I'm over by 35 but have 4 carbs left! I'm only on my second week of Induction, so not much help, but for me it is sort of trial and error with combinations of foods. I try to make sure I have a good protein with some fat and a dish full of veggies! Never hungry, been a good week.

This question is pretty simple actually. There are foods that you can eat that have no carbs. Beef, chicken, fish... Basically if it walked, flew or swam you're golden. Eat more meats and less vegies to meet your calories without going over the carb limits.

Thanks for the help. I do worry about my cholestrol though. I would hate for it to go back up. It took me a longggg time to get it in the normal ranges before I started this diet. Smile

Lowering your carb intake should lower your cholesterol, at least the bad part (triglycerides). Eating fat and protein shouldn't raise your cholesterol if you restrict carbs. At least its been that way for me.
