I'm 31 years old, and believe it or not around 80 lbs. Nothing is wrong with me, I've just always been small framed, and have always weighed around this weight. But I'm sick of it! I want to be up around 100 lbs. I don't get really hungry so I eat a lot of small meals during the day and get full really fast. Then I'm hungry about an hour later. Any suggestions? Can I do this? I sure don't have the confidence Sad

Foods that are less satiating and have a higher caloric density.

It shouldn't be hard to get several hundred calories from peanuts or walnuts. Adding olive oil to your foods is another easy way. Or pick higher-fat versions of your dairy.

This is assuming, of course, you can't just eat like you always have, but with slightly larger portions and a bonus scoop of Ben & Jerry's after dinner.

Hi there,

I'm aiming for 3,400 calories per day as I'm 77kg aiming for 80kg target. Obviously muscular weight.
Protein bars, salmon, beef (obviously lots of protein)
Are you going to exercise too? Tim Ferris' 'Occam's Protocol' form the 4 Hour Body might be worth a try. Google it, or buy the book. I'm starting it with some adjustments. 1st day of tracking calories and I'm way down on my target at about 56% so far but it's only 6.18pm so still time to get some moreWink
