Oh, Lindsay! Just when I was beginning to think we had something in common!
Yuck!

OH another WW trick... old school... cottage cheese mixed with well drained crushed pinapple, cinnamon and a pinch of sweetener. Spread it on a slice of light whole grain toast and pop under the broiler a bit. YUMMY

I just can't imagine eating cottage cheese in a sweet way. I like mine with salt & tons of pepper, like mom used to make!
I'll add shredded cabbage/cole slax mix to tuna, miracle whip, mustard, garlic salt, pepper & hot sauce.

Rhodes.... I have heard of people making potato chips in the oven or dehydrator and sprinkling with a seasoning as you go.... too much work for me though lol
Jess I do that too, eat it in a kinda sweet way now and then but do it much more often savory ot just plain. Sometimes I throw in halved cherry tom's cucs and fresh black pepper. Easy-peasy!

Not enough healthy proteins!
Forgetting...eggs, low-fat greek yogurt, fish, dark chocolate (85% and higher), almonds, chicken, spring mix lettuce... How about spices: cinnamon, chilli, turmeric... lemon, apple cider vinegar...
Although raisins are full of nutrients, they are packed with simple sugars which will not fill you up! If not restricted, they will contribute to fat storage!
