This post is for Erika, Ryan, Jess, Diane and all my other marathoner buddies.

These guys make your bibs, t-shirts, & other race day souvenirs into stylish & lasting custom bags.

Mile 22 Bags

It's a little dorky, but a cute idea. One of my coaches sent this link to me, suggesting I include bandaids in mine.

Very Nice! Now where did I put that Boston Marathon bib? Doggonit! Oh, I remember . . . I never ran one! However, that is a really cool idea. I wonder if DW would actually carry a bag made from my 5K bibs. It is rather unique.

Cool idea. I was thinking of making a scrap book with all my bibs in them. I think I have a photo of me at every race, so I can include that as well. Most of my bibs are generic without anything cool on them. I usually write the date, race name/type, and my time on it. I also like the idea of taking all the t-shirts and making them into a quilt or something. Thanks for posting!

That's a fun idea...here's what I did:

Kat | NO EXCUSES, JUST RESULTS | Next milestone - 256: 60 lbs lost
2013: still up from 1/1, but coming back down...
2010: 50.4 lbs lost | 2011:17 lbs lost | 2012: 1 lb gained
How I did it: http://stubbysticks.wordpress.com/weight-loss-summary-by-month/

My friend makes quilts and throws out of old tee-shirts. That might be an idea for the tee-shirts and bibs. Even though I don't know how well the bibs would wash up. I have seen three that she's made and they look really nice.

Legs and Thighs
Have you found the exercise Brazil butt lift? I would like to gain tone but not build heavy, thick looking legs. Is this possible? Also need suggestions for upper body with the same philosophy.
