Hi. Just needing some suggestions on how to lose arm fat and the fat around the hip. I'm kind of disproportionate such that my waist is 35/6" and my hip is 48" so.. suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hi,
Squats are great to firm and lose hips as well as side leg raises; standing or laying on your side. Bicep and tricep curls for the arms.

just keep loosing fat. There is no way to target the fat of a particular area, it will come off when it will come off depending on your body type. You can target muscles areas to tone them up but the muscle will keep being hidden by the fat until your fat loss frees them. All the programs that say otherwise are scams

I second what paperiniko said.
Flabby arms are the hardest for most people to lose but stick to the program and I can assure you it'll happen.

Go to Walmart.com and buy Jillian Michaels 6 Week Six Pack and Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones! Those 2 dvds worked wonders with me!

TEA-BO DVD's are great for both upper and lower body toning, as well as fat burning. Wal'Mart sells them.

Ditto paperiniko and sameatsless . . . . . . tone the muscles over your entire body (which has health benefits all it's own), but you can't predict or dictate where the fat will come off (except to say that usually the fat comes off the areas you are less concerned about first!!). Move in the direction of improved health.
