Since retiring in September 2011, I have traveled at least 50% of the time. I tend to lose weight when I am at home eating properly and exercising; however, when I travel it is very difficult for me to eat properly. Any motivating guidance would be appreciated.

Maybe when you travel you can stay in hotels with fitness rooms. Usually no one is ever in there. That way you can get some exercise at night before bed and burn off some of the calories you ate that day. And most restuarants these days have a healthy section on the menu you can choose from as well.

Thanks for the suggestions, holfraz. Will have to talk my traveling companions into joining me!
