Now that I am at goal weight, I try to weigh in once a week. I go more by how my new clothes are fitting. I adjust my eating by my pants either being a bit tight or a bit loose lol. That is what works for me and it seems to be working well!
If you have the right mindset then nothing can stop you from reaching your goals! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!

I weigh daily as well! I find it helps me catch myself if I start to slip. It is much easier to lose 5lbs than 10 lbs

Once a month, this reinforces the idea of a change in lifestyle, as opposed a temporary quick fix. I adjust my diet depending on my results ie. I expect a 0.5 kg loss for each week that has passed.

Everyday unless the scale goes up. If it goes up I wait a couple of days and then try again hoping for the best. I track point pounds so if I lose even a point of a pound I see it as a good thing so I won't get discouraged and quit.

When I decided to lose weight a few years ago I didn't weigh myself for months. I didn't really care about the numbers, but looking back I regret not knowing exactly how big I was (probably 250's). Now I'm a once a week-er.

I weigh myself every morning when I wake up, but I record my weight once per week. It keeps me on track during the week, but posting the weight daily would show too many fluctuations.

For me it is best to weigh daily. All other advice for me has failed. If I try the clothes too tight advice it just does not work. 14lb weight gain before clothes too tight. Back to daily weigh in.

Every morning. It keeps me in check and if I =see it go up, I typically know why.
Today is the day I put myself first. I may lose time with my family by going to the gym 1hour a day, but will gain years back with them by being healthy.

I usually weigh-in once a week. I may weigh myself every 3-4 days if I make changes in my diet, just to see how my body responds to the change. I will start fixating on numbers if I weigh myself everyday, which is definitely not healthy.

I weigh daily to look for trends concerning my macronurtrient intake. It reaffirms that when I eat too much or too little of protein, fat, carbs, or sodium, that my weight can easily change. But above all else, I use the mirror as a measurement tool as well, which in most cases is my primary source of progress or lack thereof.
Stay the course, stay on point, stay motivated, dedicated, and you won't be stopped. Discipline. Perseverance. Focus. Dig deep and you will be victorious.

Do warm-ups and cool-downs count?
Honestly, I think it depends on what workout you're going with. I do cardio from a dvd with Denise Austin, and yes, I count the warm up and cool down... just because they feel like (together) they ...

Have you found the exercise Brazil butt lift? I would like to gain tone but not build heavy, thick looking legs. Is this possible? Also need suggestions for upper body with the same philosophy.
