I know I don't have the best diet, but I'm working on it, and I go on walks and bike rides everyday, on top of working my butt off at work. My problem is that I work 3rd shift and I'm not sure where to enter the food in at because I eat the most when I'm at work, and I haven't entered anything in recently because of that. HELP! My schedule is I leave for work at 9pm and start work at 10pm, and I get a break every 2 hours, then I go home at 6am and I stay up until about 1 or 2pm and then I wake up and get ready for work at 8pm. What should I do?

I worked third shift for 18 years, so it is a problem because you go to work one day and get off the next. I used to stay up 24 hrs twice a week too, once at the end of the week and once at the beginning. that meant extra meals as well. I didn't have any problems until after my second child, I never did lose all the weight and then I got desk job, and that tore it. I called my meal at 2am lunch, so I would enter it as that, and I would enter the meal you eat when you get up as breakfast, and anything after that as dinner and snacks.

DITTO!!! I eat when I first get up and count it as breakfast as well but it's hardly ever "breakfast" food haha so my sister always laughs when I record eating grilled chicken or a salad for breakfast Smile
It normally balances out unless I eat a "meal" meal before heading to bed.

I think I see what the issue is...even if you log it as you eat it (ie: breakfast at 9pm) then food from "today" runs into the next day...I don't think it's a problem, as long as you're logging everything and staying consistant. If breakfast is at 9pm, lunch falls into the next day around 1am, etc etc...go with it. You're still able to see what you consumed during that day, and that's where you find the issues you learn to fix once you see HOW you're eating throughout the day. Wink
