Nuts and Seeds

I'm having a big issue, I am trying to do good but there is one problem, the only thing that I keep craving are nuts and seeds, almonds, cashews, pecans, just any nut or seed and I don't know why? what nutrient am I missing? I'm following the insanity nutritional plan

Im not familiar with the insanity program. Does it severly restrict fat intake? Your body needs healthy fats to function properly. You could just need more fats in your diet. Nut and seed fats are healthy when eaten in moderation. Try eating a couple tablespoons and see if this helps with the cravings. Or choose to add some heart healthy fats to your day in other ways.
You will never know how strong you are until you have no other choice.

I have done the Insanity program as well asnd loved it..Shaun T is CRAZY! You should be able to add the nuts into the plan. I say if your body is craving it, give it wat it needs! Just watch the calorie count if you are trying to stay in a certain range. Smile

Mix them with some garlic, salt, olive oil, some fresh chopped cilantro and lemon juice... For a more creamy sauce you can add a little bit of low fat mayo and mustard... Or just eat them as they come... ...

BMI
According to my BMI I should weigh 115-154. I only use it to estimate what weight range I should head for, although I know it's not always an accurate indicator.

Is Quitting An Option???
One of the biggest thing I had to learn was not to quit after 1 slip up. Usually the guilt got the best of me, but I handle it a lot better now.
