There's a bunch of ways - you can just type the restaurant into the food search bar and then search through those results, or you can click on FOODS at the top of the page, and then as you scroll down you'll find a section where it will show an alphabetical list of restaurants. It will then also give you different categories that you can search through for that restaurant. You could also search for the particular food item and see if you find it that way.

There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is
not
that day.

I have found that using the app on either the iPhone or the Android a good way to do it. In fact, the app makes it less complicated than on here and I can do it while still at the restaurant.
1) Download the free app
2) Log into your account
3) Click "+" next to food
4) Click "+" next to the meal
5) Select "Quick Pick"
6) Select "Restaurants & Chains"
7) Scroll to the one you want
Again, I prefer doing it on the app so that I can make informed food choices while at the restaurant to start with.

Many restaurants have their nutrition info on their websites, so if it isn't on this website you can look it up that way. Of course, you then have to transfer all the info to FatSecret, but if it's something you eat regularly it will be useful later, too.

Queen, note the app is called "Calorie Counter" not FatSecret.

ECO Atkins for a skinny vegetarian with a belly
This would be a good question for the nutritionist over on the atkins.com boards. Colette Heimowitz is her name. Post your question with her name in the title and she will respond.
