Why isn't SEX listed under available exercises ??? I hear a 30 minute or hour session burns a lot of calories, but it isn't listed (or at least I can't find it)under the fitness options.

why do we have to make the word SEX all capitals?
it's roughly 145 per half hour. just add it in manually

Because, like many other things, you would have to have it in a bunch of different categories.. such as crazy monkey sex, half-sleeping drunk sex, just-laying-on-the-bottom sex, or I-did-all-the-work-cuz-my-husband-is-a-lazy-pos sex.... You burn different amounts of calories depending on how hard you work.. so it's tough to make 1 generic entry...
Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.

How about laughing? I'm laughing reading through this post, can I count that as exercise? Erika2633 I love the descriptions of the categories, so true!

This is from my favorite webcomic - XKCD.com. It's so funny and yet sooo true!
Here is the origin site for this:

I actually looked this up because I was wondering too. From what I've found on average a 150lb man will burn about 72 calories per 15 minutes. That again, varies on how vigorous it is.

Sex is a pretty hard thing to gauge. Some people just LAY THERE. And others have acrobatic sex. I’ve found myself all worked up and more sweaty than a half hour on the treadmill a many a time.

its nice to know a little weight doesn't stop the motion of the ocean for everyone!
