So now I try eat things rather than not eat things.

What kind of foods with fiber do you eat though?

Im asking because alot of things that have high level of fiber in them are also very very high in calorie such as cereal etc.

I eat All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes cereal for the biggest part of my fiber. 90 calories in 3/4c. 5g of fiber in every serving- I usually have at least 2 servings a day. The bread I eat only has 45 calories per slice and 2g of fiber in every slice.

I use Fiber One Honey Clusters! I love em like its Captain Crunch! Fiber is a fad nowadays though because of marketing geniuses, like low-fat used to be. So be educated on the subject and tread carefully.

Beans -- black, white, kidney, pinto -- are a great way to add fiber. Some recipes, like refried beans, also add a lot of fat, so you do have to be careful to balance your meals out, but in soups or salads, beans are a great choice for filling up on healthy food. Being full and satisfied is the best way to fight cravings.
