I'm trying NOT to be a nit pick, but scrubbing your floors on your hands & knees does not seem to fall under generic housework! I'm sweating my arse off and my arms are sore as hell. How do you put THAT in your journal?!?!?!

I would just put it in there as the generic housework, that way any extra will just be a bonus

I use this site a lot. Find something that is close to what you did and put it in as other. One caution - you'll have to calculate your total calories based on how long you did the activity. I can't get FS to do it.

I sometimes make adjustments based on how hard I work--add a few extra minutes, for example. Also, for a laugh: one poster asked if you can record sex as an exercise. Another poster replied: "file it under housework!"
