Hi.. I was just wondering if their was anybody else out there that was doing "The Hunter Diet" by Dr. Mark Liponis, (seen on Dr. Oz Show) could you please give me some tips. It would be greatly appreciated.
Also feel free to add me, I'm new to this and looking for new weight-loss buddies.

never heard of it. dont care to learn of it because it is probably filled with unnecessary restrictions that rely on the single most important thing that all diet rely on; calorie deficit. eat the foods you enjoy when you are hungry in the correct portions that allow you to fulfill your macronutrient and calorie needs while providing adequate micronutrients, satiety and energy.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.”
