Well I fell off of it for a while, but am now back on now. I have sucessfully completed 5 days in a row minus the 3 scheduled days off. Resting tomorrow and then back at it on Friday.

I finally got on my cf schedule I do M,T,W off Thur F, Sat Off sun so I don't have a lot of time for my muscles to ache, but still get rest I may change it up to make sure my body does not get use to that schedule. Great job, CF is hard work even when its just a 10min AMRAP Keep up the good work!
