Sorry normally I keep to myself but I am very happy today!
Today I got to say goodbye forever to 200 lbs! I've met my first weight loss goal. It hasn't been easy often its been frustrating or painful but reaching this first of a set of goals has been such a great feeling. I know I still have a long way to go but I am gonna enjoy this moment today

Congrats. Enjoy your moment! And remember this feeling for later, in those times when it gets tough. Remember how great you feel reaching this goal!

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...
