Many local foods that were in the mobile database disapeared!!!

Since a month or two i started to notice that some foods that were in the local supermarkets database disapeared and even some foods that i inserted myself have disapeared..
I'm talking about the mobile database..
What was it? a crash? or is this normal? i'm really starting to think to move to other software because of this.. most of my day to day foods have disapeared and i don't want to insert them all again..

That's weird. I haven't had that issue.

I've noticed this as well and it does not make me happy! I started using this because it had a lot of foods that no one else listed. I've sent FATSECRET an email but they have yet to reply. I hope they fix this cause most of the other sites aren't nearly as good.

i had similar thing happen aswell but then i found out the app changed its country automaticly for whatever reason so i had germany instead of austria and the products from austria started to disappear.
took me a week to find out about it and change it back.

i have no idea what your issue could be tho.

i certified that i'm in the same country as before, Portugal..

and i'm not talking about some dozens, i'm talking about hundreds of foods or more..

this is even happening in the web site search. For months I have entered "high fiber tortilla" and the search spits out many versions, in many calorie counts and brands. Suddenly the list is much shorter, there are duplicates and the one I need is missing. I created a new entry and it disappeared in 24 hours.
AND when trying to edit foods in the diary, the site hangs and then throws an error message with a request to know what you were doing when it happened.

I'm getting the same thing....very time consuming..
