ok this is going to sound a little crazy but im going on vacation next week and im a little hesitant about exercising while there. I feel like since i just started my journey i dont look like the type of person that would think exercise is that important. I joined a challenge and i really want to finish the whole thing but i guess im nervous to workout in a hotel gym in front of strangers. I know its an odd dilemma but has anybody had this problem?? And if so how did u get over it???

In my experience, hotel gyms are usually empty or very nearly empty.

There are plenty of other things you could do for exercise that wouldn't require you to go to the hotel gym. Take a walk, ride a bike, or sit-ups in your hotel room for instance.

They may be looking at you but they are thinking that they wish they had that drive to workout while on vacation. Remember, you are doing this for yourself and no one else! Plus, with the calories you burn working out, you can enjoy that extra little treat without the guilt!
