ONLY (1) serving max / day of any splenda-sweetened beverage (be that crystal light, sweet iced tea, diet coke)...and... ONLY after >50% (36 OF 70 oz) of needed water/ day was consumed. Don't forget to drink the rest of your water either!!

Agreed! I have gone 8 weeks w/ less than one per week...can SO easily tell a difference. I can tell that I quit drinking enough water as soon as I am in the habit of reaching for even "calorie free" beverages...This is just a reminder to myself to stick to the unsweetened option (& water!) as often as possible. I like to think out loud.

Sorry, I drink many more servings a day than that... have lost 105 pounds and maintained that loss for over 1 year. I still drink my water as well most days. Glad you found something that works for you but it doesn't make it a factual statement.
