Yes. A number of people here are.
I lost too much LBM when de-fatting myself a few years ago, and now I'm working to replace it. The principles are basically the same, just with larger numbers.

I'm trying to gain a bit.. I'm 130, but my optimal body weight is 150.. I also want to bulk a bit as I work construction and 130 isn't much to throw around when trying to work with heavy stuff.

Gaining 10 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks would be borderline miraculous, even while using enough anabolic steroid to kill a horse.
Without supplementation, it's basically impossible.
2 pounds of muscle would be a very optimistic goal for 4 weeks.

I dont see it being miraculous. But I think its a goal that makes me work hard. I understand that 2 ibs would be understandable, Im just aiming high.

Well, it would be miraculous, given that muscle protein turnover rates limit the amount that can be synthesized to roughly one ounce per day, or about 0.4 lbs per week. Genetic miracles do happen, though. And this also depends on age. If you're younger, you have faster turnover, coupled with (likely) higher testosterone.
And while there's nothing wrong with aiming high, anyone eating enough of a calorie surplus to add 10 lbs in four weeks needs to know up front that in all likelihood, most of that is going to be fat, with some water, glycogen, and assorted non-muscle lean mass.

And good luck to you to Britt!
Nimm, you know your stuff! I do realize some of the weight gained will be fat, but I hope most or all will be muscle. What you said earlier is completely true. My ultimate goal is to gain 10 ibs, and I just made it a 4 wk challenge. Thanks for the info btw.

No problem. My last advice would be - expect to add fat along with your muscle. You will need to eat a calorie surplus to add new mass. The partitioning of those surplus calories into muscle or fat depends primarily on a few factors:
* The size of the calorie surplus
* Whether you're engaged in regular resistance training, the type of training, and how long you've been training
* How close you already are to your genetic potential for lean mass
* Your hormones
* Whether your diet is sufficient in macro- and micro-nutrients
* Whether you're getting sufficient rest/sleep.
If your diet and training are in order, and you're not freakishly hormonally blessed (or still a teen, same thing), you'll be doing well if 1 lb out of every 2 that you gain is muscle.
Apologies if you know all of this already. Either way - good luck, lift hard, eat right, and have fun.
