Hi gang,

I feel that I NEED to share this. This is probably one of the biggest discoveries I've done through my entire weight loss journey. I'm simply baffled and amazed.

My much appreciated buddy sk1nnyfuture pointed me to this, and I gotta say I'm hooked.

I've had great success losing my weight, but maintenance have been hard. I've felt that I've had trouble controlling cravings, going on auto-pilot around bad foods, had to try harder to get my exercise in, etc.

I'm sure MANY can relate to this - whether they're losing weight or maintaining really doesn't matter.

If only we could kill those cravings, right? If only there was a way to simply make them go away.

Well... there is. Take a look at this video - you won't regret it:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRK4JW5QegA&feature=related

Sure, it looks like strange behavior, but it works. It REALLY works. It works even to the point where I did it simply to show it to a friend, and I didn't feel like the white bread that we were gonna have. It works even when it's not on purpose! Smile Wife has started using it too - it works for her too.

Now, there is of course more to his system, but let me tell you - I have in three days dropped 7 re-gained lbs, I have NO urges for any kind of bad foods that I know I really don't need, I even have trouble reaching 1200 calories - I eat too little. It's not that I starve myself. I just simply don't have the urge to eat more. I stop eating when I'm full. I have the foods I want.

What more could anyone ask?

If you have questions, feel free to ask here, or message me.

What do you feel after you do the tapping stuff? I was hoping the guy would answer, but he just said he feels sick to his stomach. What's the intended effect?

For me, I simpy feel the "hollow stomach" is disappearing, and the urge for the snack/chocolate/whatever is gone. I can't even re-provoke it. If one time is not enough, try again. For me it usually works first time, but I do read and hear that others take a couple of minutes. Rest assured though, it's not just a silly distraction. It actually kills the carb monster efficiently - at least for me.

Are you supposed to alternate hands/sides of the body?

Tap on the same side of the body. I'm left handed, and tap on my left side.

I use left hand to tap left side, then right hand to tap on my left hand.

Most of what he said is nothing new. But the tapping? Very strange. Can't hurt, right?

The tapping truly is an odd thing. However, I use it daily now, and it works - AND it's highly entertaining for family, friends and coworkers to see you doing it. Smile

I have a friend who gave me a book on tapping and it works on all sorts of things. I used it to get rid of headaches and lower back pain. It truly is amazing stuff.

The video wont load on my work comp, but it sounds just like EFT (emotional freedom techniques) which is used to tap on certain pressure points to help clear out negative energies in the body's system. It sounds crazy and looks silly, but with reaffirming statements, it is effective. You can reduce cravings, increase confidence, help emotional trauma and depression and help pretty much any other issue you can think of. I worked for a behavioral optometrist who offered EFT sessions and he helped me out when I was going through a rough patch. It worked and I got over my depression.

I get nervous making public speeches, so I plan on using tapping to help with that soon Smile

Hey, Ryan! Let me know how this works for those Lucky Charms! I should have put that pound cake down while I was watching the YouTube video. Ughhh! Sad

I think you are supposed to tap the Lucky Charms marshmallows on your forehead and chant "cat boogers and turkey poop".... Wink

Sorry, Keld - I really will watch the video when I get home, just had to have a little fun with Ryan and DK.. Smile

boogers are low calorie! the crusty ones are higher per gram, kinda like dried fruit vs fresh.
