I often think of this. I do realize and appreciate how lucky we guys are when it comes to this.

And thanks to testosterone, when we do overeat we have an advantage on the degree to which the surplus energy is used to build muscle, instead of being stored as fat.

I get jealous when I see how much people who are 6 feet get to eat! lol, I am a shortie too (5 feet) and it stinks when it comes to counting calories!!! lol

OMG Samesies!!! I can't believe some get to eat like 3000 a day! Man oh man! But I guess it's just a part of how we're built. (Also 5'2" , but only on particularly tall days.)

Geez, If I ate that much, I'd probably feel like shiz. I range between 1300 and 1800 usually and always feel full thanks to focussing on protein based meals. But you know, on my eating plan I don't count calories Razz hehe
