I saw this on Biggest loser a LONG time ago. To make pizza...
Take flour tortilla (i usually do 2) and put on a cookie sheet and put in the oven at 350 for maybe 3-5 minutes.. enough to make it harder. Take out of oven and add sauce and all the toppings you want. I prefer only cheese, but you can get creative.
Put back in the oven till cheese melts. Take out and enjoy! Very filling and yummy!

I do a similar thing with whole wheat English muffins and have done the tortillas too! Great alternative to greasy pizza crust!

So many great reviews! I'll try this with whole wheat chapati, which is the same as a tortilla minus the cornmeal.

I've been doing that for years after seeing it in a magazine and even posted a recipe "Fajita Pizza' on this site about 5 years ago so as to pass it along to others. Healthy way of eating a pizza.

La tortilla has a lowcarb high fiber tortilla for the low-carb fans out there
