Try changing up your diet a little bit, or maybe getting a fourth day of exercise in. A small change may give your body that boost to keep losing. Don't lose your motivation, you've gotten this far, so keep going. You can do this. Good luck!!

Yes, add more healthy food to your diet! Dont be discouraged, we all go through stages where the weight loss will stall. Be patient and keep your motivation. Remember, every good thing that you do for your body is going to make a difference! It might not show on the scale right away, maybe use a tape measure? Its possible to lose inches and not see the scale move. Keep at it, I think you are doing great!
If you have the right mindset then nothing can stop you from reaching your goals! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!

Sometimes it can be really hard to not just drop your diet. I personally have found that it really helps if you keep track of your foods, exercise, calories etc.

A program that has really helped me is http://gmdiets.com/reviews/a-personalized-diet-for-you/ this one, which has a truly personal approach and lets me STICK to my diet instead of quitting too soon.
