I have a question about pizza.
I only eat the toppings on a veggie pizza - anyone else do this and, if so, how do you log it into fatsecret?
I am still doing induction.

Why not just make the vegetables and eat them - why do they have to come from a pizza? I never understood why people did that - I guess if you go out to eat, but I'd rather just have a salad and some cooked veggies! It just seems like too much work to pick off the veggies and a lot of waste of food. Oh well.
I would just put it in as a cooked vegetable - peppers, onions, mushrooms...

Try Portabella Spinach Pizza. No crust, so delish! Make it with more or less cheese if you like, total carbs: 8.31g

cheers!

We were out with friends at a pizza place that is why I ate only the toppings. I wouldn't make a pizza at home just to eat the toppings...
