Calories per Day

Hello All!

I am 29, 5'4" and 155 lbs. Could someone help me how many calories I need to be effective with losing weight? Sometimes I barely get over a 1000!

Minimum 1200. Most likely between 1200 and 1600. Play with the numbers until you are losing weight.
