I have been in a rut lately, not wanting to workout, not counting all of my calories and last night I finally just said No More Excuses and I got on the elliptical! It felt so good to be back at it and I am so proud of myself for finally kicking my own butt!

Great job
I think I feel more proud of the workouts I do when I don't want to go workout than those when I'm feeling all jazzed up.
Keep up the great work!
Does anybody really think that they didn't get what they had because they didn't have the talent or the strength or the endurance or the commitment?
