Hey Everyone!

My most recent favorite workout song, which motivates when no matter what to workout... LMFAO's Sexy and I Know It! HA! Laughing

As it is, listening to this song four or five times in a row during a workout works right now... but I"m fairly certain I'll get sick of this song fairly soon. Sssoooooo, I was just curious...

What's your never fail workout motivational song?

Alien Ant Farm's rendition of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal."

That song always gets me amped up. It's like a wanna round-kick somebody in the teeth!

ANYTHING by Metallica or Rammstein. I especially love the St. Anger album by Metallica for jogging.

I go through phases. Right now it's "Pretender" by the Foo Fighters. "Brighter than the Sun" by Colbie Caillat but while running last week, "Mmm Bop" by Hanson played from list and gave me a second win Smile

What?!?!? Hahahahhaa.. that's awesome....

My second wind in the final miles of my long run last week came from Get Cool - Shawty Got Moves.. It didn't hurt that I was also doing the Zumba routine to it in my head while I ran..

I'm so glad that someone FINALLY found a good use for St. Anger other than as a beer coaster! Smile Sorry - HATE that album. LOL!

Here's my personal favorite, though I prefer the original studio version.

I listen to this one pretty much every day, especially on my way to work. It's an awesome get-up-and-get-going-song.

I really love Conga by Gloria Estefan

Does anybody really think that they didn't get what they had because they didn't have the talent or the strength or the endurance or the commitment?

I actually LOVE the St. Anger album. So raw, like garage band type music. But I'm a Metallica fangirl, only thing I don't like is the new collaboration. Lulu, right? Yuck.

Oh, don't get me started on Lulu... I blame it all on Lou Reed.

I used to be a huge Metallica fan, and still follow them, but really don't care for any of their albums in recent (10+), years. Master Of Puppets is still their grand album and one of my all time favorites.
