For Monica and any other member that's looking for support - the best way to get support from your buddies is to share your weight/journal/calendar with your buddies. It's fine if you don't want it to be completely public (mine's not..), but you should at least share it with buddies if you are looking to receive support from them. If you don't know how, follow these steps:
Click on MyFatSecret
On the right hand side under My Toolbox, click on My Account
In the Change your Preferences part, adjust your privacy settings from the dropdown menu for "Share My: Weight, Journal & Calendar" to say "with my buddies only" or "with everyone".
If you are not looking to get feedback or support from anyone in the community or your buddies, then by all means, go ahead and keep your settings private and don't share them with anyone.
Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.
