Does anyone know what to count time spent on the Elliptical Trainer under our activity? Not sure if I should user Running or fast paced walking since there is not an option listed for it.
I guess I could use other and then find out the calories burned from another site but that just makes it more time-consuming.

I usually use "exercise machine (moderate)" ... 10 minutes is usually 101 kcal in the exercise list ... so I take how much the machine "says" I burned when I am at the gym ... usually around 600 in 38 minutes ... and find it equals an hour of moderate exercise machine calories on fatsecret ... it's a guessing game, both from the machine and this site ... but it is a way to measure the activity.

Burpees - Correct Form
