Buy a bicycle. When I'm tired and I don't want to walk, I get my bike out and "sit down" and exercise. I find I can tolerate it better and I appreciate the clear head when I get back home.

On Sunday plan out your workouts for the week. Put them in your calendar and treat them as any other commitment or deadline that you have. If you don't take good care of yourself you won't be at your best for the other important things or people in your life.
