The same Atkins Ready to drink shakes and bars! Count the net carbs and be careful with the polyalcohols! I don´t check if you doing Atkins, if no, can be use nuts and seeds in moderation. If you doing Atkins, which phase are you?

Foods:
Cottage Cheese, Beef (and other) Jerky, Legumes (peanuts, etc.), Peanut Butter, Yogurts.
Supplement/Nutrition Bars:
Cliff "Builder Bars" (all natural, 20g 270ca)
Met-Rx Protein Plus Bars (32g, 320ca) -- kinda like candy bars.
You can also do "make your own" smoothies with whey protein powder and fruit/veggies which is what I usually do.

Greek yogurt & 1 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries....about 200 calories. Good protein, good carbs and those antioxidant things too.
Better than ice cream!

Not sure what you're overall diet goals are, but I try to find foods with at least 2x the grams of protein than fat, preferably 4x or more. Also depends on how many calories you want out of a snack. But, some of my favorites are:
Protein Bars for grab & go.
2% Cottage Cheese with fresh berries
Non-Fat or 2% Greek Yogurt with granola
Canned Tuna mixed with fresh Lemon Juice and Pepper on Wheat Crackers
3 Hard boiled eggs, eat 1 hole and just the whites for the other 2

I have read you should eat at least 90 gr of protein every day so you wont burn off muscle. If you combine ths with 50 gr of carbs and 20 gr of fat,you will loose. Hard to do tho
