I recently started at Curves for Women and I have been logging that as circuit training, but the calories burned is way less than what their program shows when I'm done. Is there a way to change that on this site, or do I just log it and know I've burned more than it says I did?

A few articles have been written on this topic and a lot of it depends on how the mechanism of the machines is configured. Some machines will indicate a higher count of burned calories than your body burned in reality and others will show a lesser amount. I would not worry too much about it.

I use a quality heart rate monitor in order to get a more accurate number of calories burned.

I knew they wouldn't be the same, but the exercise calendar is off almost 100 calories, so I'm not sure what to believe. I suppose in a way it doesn't really matter as long as I'm not sitting on my rump! LOL
