I know not everyone gives up something for Lent b/c many are not Catholic but you don't have to be Catholic to give something up. Myself and a few co-workers plan to motivate each other to give up something we love that isn't so good for us.

I plan to give up my coffee for 40days. OUCH!!! I am a BIG coffee drinker! It won't be easy to go without coffee for 40 days but I'll love saving the calories I usually consume from the cream and sugar.

So if you are up for a challenge and willing to give it a try lets hear it. What will you give up for 40 days?
