Want to know how to gain back some weight fast?
1. Eat sugary foods like cake, soda, icing, candy, cookies, fudge, hot choc, pie, pudding, muffins, pastries and dried fruits.
2. Eat starchy rice, oats, breads, potatoes, sweet potatoes, croutons, corn, hominy, chips, tortillas and noodles.
3. Tell yourself that it won't hurt "just this one time."
4. Avoid the scales, measuring tape and mirror.
5. Never log in your food intake on fatsecret.
6. Always say " I'll start eating healthy again TOMORROW!"
7. Avoid going outdoors at all cost in case your are tempted to exercise.
Change your life once and for all.

LOL - love the one about going outside! I am trying to push myself to go outside every day no matter what, but I am not very good at it. The snow is much prettier from a window

HaHa I've been known to do all these things! That is how I put on @15 lbs....I waisted my luck and hard work and now I have set myself back a few months. The sad thing is I was usually eating to make others happy. Everyone kept saying that I would just gain it back and that I was making myself ill and so forth. Boy, they love it when you fall. So, now I am once again fighting for health by myself and trying to NOT keep these 7 rules.
Maybe I shoud add:
#8. Try to please all the other fat unhealty people you know so they won't be mad and jealous or offended.

This is so true. I have been loosely following Atkins since November and have only kept off 2 lbs. During this whole time I have achieved one if not more of these points weekly. I would say to myself I did awesome this week so a taste on the weekend won't hurt. Or I ate so well for breakfast and lunch that at dinner I can have a little BLT(bite, lick or taste).
All along I wanted to say that Atkins was not working for me.
When I fact I was not working Atkins
.
So here I am on day 2 of Induction..but this time I will do it right. I am going to copy this and stick it to my fridge and to my pc at work. Thanks
I have fallen and failed, BUT I am picking myself up and starting this journey AGAIN!!!

HAHAHA I've never hear of "BLT" IsaMArie. That is hilarious and really true! Happened to me last night with peanut butter! Which makes me think of another BLT...BLT salad....MMM

I like it I need to make a copy and put it up somewhere. It takes a lot to stand up to people and say no. When your hubby is part of the "other side" makes it even harder. He doesn't want a "bag of bones" so he tempts me often. Thanks for the rules they will be on my frig to remind me that I need to do it for me. Thanks

It was a gorgeous day today, warm and sunny, no wind at all. We went on a 3 hour walk in the bird reserve. There were white pelicans there and other birds. I don't know the names for most of them, I just love watching them. It was one of those perfect walks I treasure so much. I walked over 12 miles total over the weekend. So I broke all 7 rules today

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
I'm reading this while eating some absolutely delightful fresh melon for breakfast. If the melon isn't soft enough on its own you could add it to a fruit smoothie.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
