I'm shocked no one has started a topic on this yet!
What are everyone's non-weight related new years resolutions?
It would be nice to get a little conversation stirring about topics not related to weight, considering we're all here to support each other in every aspects of our lives!
My first resolution: Get accepted to an MBA program and start classes in August/September for the Fall semester!
What's everyone else's??

To get out and do more with my girls. They are 17 & 15, so I don't have too much time left! Do more activities & travel together.

To totally gut and remodel my kitchen, and possibly the master bath if money allows. To oversee it through a contractor that is, and while they're doing that I plan to make curtains and bedding, to recover and refinish furniture, and to seek out and purchase the remaining pieces I need to get our totally mid-century modern atomic ranch remodel complete before Christmas. I've been working on it off and on for nearly a year now and this year it's going to come together!
To visit my nursing home confined mother more. To spend more time with my daughter, alone without her family--more mother/daughter time. To spend more time with my friends and family too.
To find a couple of home churches, one near both of my homes.

Kudos, Lee Shelly! I wish my mom had the willpower to get off of her meds....
I'd like a better job, but with the economy the way it is, a more reachable goal for me is to get back to Japan for at least two weeks no later than August of 2013
